Changing behaviour.

Eloisa Cullington , Omni Energy Therapy

Hi, I’m Eloisa,

My work is grounded in a simple belief: When you understand your inner world, you gain the power to change your outer world.

If you’re feeling emotionally drained, easily triggered, caught in repeating patterns, or longing to reconnect with your true self, you’ve landed in the right place. I’m here to help you make sense of your emotional landscape while building the skills and insight needed to navigate life with greater stability, clarity, and purpose.

My approach is explorative and outcome-focused, designed to support meaningful change and help you step confidently back into living your best life. Each intervention is grounded in evidence-based research and aligned with your personal goals, ensuring the therapeutic process moves beyond insight into real, sustainable behavioural change.

I look forward to meeting and supporting you on this incredible journey that you are about to embark on.

Services

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

I chose to incorporate this powerful therapy into my practice because it accesses deep, subconscious trauma and supports the transformation of negative core beliefs into more adaptive, empowering ones. This approach supports individuals who have experienced a wide range of traumatic or distressing life events, including childhood trauma, grief and loss, and other adverse experiences. It can also be an effective therapy for processing emotional challenges surrounding body dysmorphia, low self-worth and self-esteem issues, which can lead to anxiety, and deeply ingrained emotional and behavioural patterns.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

I am a passionate advocate for DBT, having witnessed the profound ways it has helped my clients emotionally grow, heal, and thrive. DBT can support a wide range of challenges, including addiction, self-critical patterns, relationship difficulties, self-harm, and other self-destructive behaviours.

When understood and applied, DBT has the power to transform your life. It not only helps improve your relationships with others but, most importantly, strengthens the relationship with yourself. DBT is a structured, skills-based therapy designed to help you regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and build healthier connections. I work with you to develop practical tools that foster emotional balance, resilience, and more intentional responses to life’s challenges.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is based on the concept that the individual is made up of parts, and these parts within require different questions to understand how they work within us. These parts are the Manager, the Firefighter, the Exiles and the Core Self. It is a therapeutic approach that helps you understand and integrate the different parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity. I use IFS to support deeper self-awareness, resolve internal conflicts, and foster lasting emotional healing. IFS can be used to explore further our core self, our most natural and centred self.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Have you ever felt that life takes you back to the same relationship, thought patterns or behaviours that continue to cause you suffering in various ways? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps my clients identify these patterns by calling them out, whether it’s black-and-white thinking, tunnel vision, or thinking in absolutes. CBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviour. I use CBT to support practical change, improve emotional regulation, and develop more effective ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Testimonials

Matthew G via Google

After a negative experience with a previous therapist, I almost gave up on therapy altogether—until I was referred to Eloisa. I’ve been working with her on and off since 2020, and I have no plans of changing that.

It’s hard to know where to begin when describing the impact has had on my personal growth.

Eloisa is attentive, hardworking, compassionate, and deeply empathetic. She consistently goes above and beyond, often leaving me with the exact questions I need to reflect on at the end of each session.

Her holistic approach aligns closely with my core beliefs and has helped me connect with a deeper version of myself—peeling back the layers and getting to the root of my issues.

I highly recommend her to anyone who is genuinely ready to make a meaningful change in their life.

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how deeply grateful I am for my therapist. From our very first session, she has met me with nothing but warmth, calmness, and compassion, qualities I didn’t even realise I so desperately needed until I felt them from her. She’s been helping me gently and safely unpack the layers of trauma from past domestic violence relationships, and I’ve never once felt judged, rushed, or misunderstood. She just gets it, and she holds space in a way that makes healing feel possible again. We’ve recently started working through EMDR together, and already I’m seeing parts of myself I thought were lost begin to return. She doesn’t just listen, she truly sees me. And for someone who’s spent a long time feeling invisible in pain, that kind of support is life-changing. She is a huge part of the reason I’m starting to believe that not only is healing possible, but it’s also happening. Thank you for being a calm in the storm. You’re helping me become whole again.
